Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We know that sometimes things don't work out, which is why we have the following return and exchange policy in place:

1. Products must be returned to us unopened.
2. In return, you will be rewarded store credit only.
3. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized or special ordered. Items that are special order, clearly state it on our website.
4. Clearance, used, open box, discontinued or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Dimples reserves the right to deny a return on a heavily discounted item. 
   
   Please contact us in order to receive complete instructions on returning goods. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.  If an item was purchased as a gift, an exchange can be made.
